May in Naples sees 5% increase in sales prices. BUY TIME!

The news continues to be good and most notable is the 5% increase in average and median sales prices. While May numbers reflect the normal seasonal shift, they are still very strong in all price categories for both closed and pended sales. Great buying opportunities abound, and summer is an optimum time to come back if you did not make a decision during season. I expect to continue as busy as I am, with rates still so low, and the choices ripe for the picking!
